One Body PT and Yoga Therapy Cancellation Policy

A late cancellation is a significant inconvenience for me due to lost income from the time slot and to the the people on my wait list who could have used the appointment to further their progress. In light of this, the following is my policy for charging a cancellation fee:

Notification of more than 48 hours: No fee is charged.

Notification of less than 48 hours: A fee of $55.00 will be charged. If I am able to fill the appointment time with someone on my wait list, I will consider waiving the fee at my discretion. In cases of illness or emergency, the fee will be waived.

Notification less than 24 hours: A fee of $100.00 will be charged. Only in cases of illness or an emergency will the fee be waived.

No Show for scheduled appointment: A fee of $120 will be charged. Only in cases of emergency or illness the day of appointment will the fee be waived.

Acceptable form of Notification of Cancellation:

Cancellation of more than 48 hours: You MUST call or email the office directly.

Cancellation of less than 48 hours: You MUST CALL and EMAIL

Automated appointment reminders are sent 3 days and again 1 day prior to appointment.

Check your appointment times in your calendar with those in the appointment reminders. The appointment reminder is what is in my calendar and that is when I am expecting you. If you late cancel because you confused the appointment time, you will be charged.
